Nils Primas concept focusses on the individuality in techno music and club culture.
„Techno has always stood for diversity, for a dynamic culture that has been largely shaped by the queer scene. With the increasing influence of social media into the culture, it is even more important today to highlight the importance of safe space. This poster series is intended to showcase the diversity of the scene without specifically depicting anyone in person. The diversity is intended to be presented in an abstract way to provide an impression of the techno floor. The whole thing is intended to be reminiscent of a portrait series.“
The work by Dahyun Moon and Su-Ah Ryu showcases a concept for a high-end jewelry store. The color palette is reduced to earth tones, creating the atmosphere of a natural environment through the vision of a „draped“ interior with high-quality textiles. This impression is reinforced by the massive display surfaces in the shape of stones, which appear rustic and taken from nature. They stand in stark contrast to the jewelry on display.
Raphael Sommer’s concept is the preservation of emotionally charged objects from the past. The foil-wrapped objects, with their headlines, evoke childhood dreams and memories. He relies on dynamic, rich colors and a strong symbolic language. The prompts for his images follow the same set construction, lighting, and camera settings to produce consistent results.
Dionys Tsaki managed to bring a consistent style to his fashion concept, building on his developed mood board and transferring both colors and material properties to the generated images. Through several attempts with character references, he was even able to create a „behind the scenes“ shot.
Luna creates powerful interior designs by playing with the contrast between old and new, ornate and minimalist. In the tension between modern and traditional, she creates charged spatial concepts that speak their own language through the fusion of styles.
Maria R. draw inspiration from the organic shapes of mushrooms to create concept furniture: „Mushrooms, with their intricate structures and soft, earthy hues, embody the essence of organic design.(…)The smooth, undulating surfaces of mushroom caps, the delicate, layered gills, and the sturdy stems all come together to form a cohesive and harmonious palette that speaks to the raw beauty of the natural world. (…) Moreover, the process of creating this furniture underscores concept metamorphosis—not only in transformation visual inspiration into physical objects but also material choices and construction methods. The integration sustainable materials like mycelium, which can be molded various forms is fully biodegradable, speaks to a growing trend design world: commitment environmental responsibility.“
Annalena’s vision centers on crafting immersive spaces that merge practicality and dreamlike beauty. She imagined a serene space station interior fully enveloped in the soft, airy fabric of parachutes. The gentle texture and ethereal quality of this material create an atmosphere of tranquility and weightlessness, reminiscent of drifting through clouds in a comforting cocoon.
Within this floating refuge, everyday objects, such as the carefully designed carrying handbag—a collaborative creation between Salomon and Arc’teryx—become integral to the harmonious aesthetic. Made from repurposed tent fabric, this tote symbolizes sustainability and thoughtful functionality, featuring robust seams, versatile side pockets, and adjustable handles for daily use.
Her intention is to seamlessly blend innovative, sustainable materials with a poetic visual language, transforming ordinary spaces and objects into extraordinary experiences that inspire both calm reflection and appreciation for thoughtful design.
Sara Duric explores the integration of organic designs throughout her concept for breathtaking staircases. „The staircase’s fluid, undulating shape immediately evokes the gentle curves and intricate patterns found in seashells, particularly the nautilus shell. Its smooth, flowing lines create a sense of movement, as if the structure is alive, spiraling upwards in a graceful ascent. This design is a brilliant example of biomimicry, where architecture and design borrow forms and functions from nature to create spaces that are both beautiful and practical.“
